. Registration Users must register on the Platform to access the Website. They also have the option to link their Google or Facebook accounts to the Platform. Customers can sign up by providing the following information:

. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

. Content Ownership and License Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant Fameflames a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the operation of the platform.

. User Conduct Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Post content that is harmful, abusive, or offensive.
• Engage in activities that disrupt the platform.

. Termination of Account Fameflames may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.

. Disclaimers The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Fameflames does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

. Limitation of Liability Fameflames is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of     data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii)   any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

. Modifications to Terms Fameflames reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
