Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel personalized services can be honored only within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the services have not yet been delivered. For valid cancellations, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and 75% will be refunded to you via your original payment method.

For Live Event bookings, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. However, if the event is canceled by us, a full refund will be provided.

For Membership Plans or digital content purchases, cancellations are not allowed and no refunds will be issued. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Refund Policy

If Influencers, Creators, or Sellers are unable to provide the requested personalized services, a 100% refund will be issued. Since service delivery depends on various factors, there is no guarantee, and Fameflames reserves the right to cancel a service request and provide a full refund to the customer.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and should be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

No Return Policy

Since our Influencers offer only digital content and services, we have a strict no-return policy. Once a customer purchases a video, photo, or any form of digital document, it cannot be returned or refunded.
