Enforcement of Guidelines

At fameflames, we value our diverse community and recognize that differing opinions are a natural part of interaction. Disagreements with someone's viewpoint are not necessarily violations of our Platform Guidelines. However, if you encounter content that you believe breaches these guidelines, please use our reporting tool. Our team will review the report, and if a violation is found, the case manager will reach out to the influencer to address the issue.

We are committed to supporting our artists, understanding that their work is their livelihood. Our first approach is to educate influencers about the rule they’ve violated and how to correct it. In cases of severe or intentional breaches, we may take further action, such as suspending or deleting an account, and in exceptional situations, we may ban an influencer from using fameflames.

fameflames is dedicated to innovation and creativity. Influencers must not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Additionally, creating false pages or soliciting money for services or items you do not provide is prohibited. For instance, you cannot create a fan page for someone else.

Impersonation or deceitful practices, such as pretending to be someone else or using their name, brand, or work in a misleading way, are not allowed. Satirical or comedic content may be considered separately, as we acknowledge these genres have unique characteristics.

 

Bullying, Harassment, and Threats

At fameflames, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all our communities. We do not tolerate bullying or harassment, though we do support the right to express opinions, engage in critical discussion, and debate contentious issues.

Bullying

Intimidation or coercion, whether direct or through the misuse of influence, is strictly prohibited. We treat both in-person and online interactions with equal seriousness and take immediate action to address any incidents of bullying.

Harassment

Everyone on fameflames has the right to express themselves without causing discomfort or harm to others. Threats of violence are taken very seriously. Any user who poses a threat to individual or group safety, engages in stalking, or incites violent acts will be removed from the platform without warning.

If you feel threatened or unsafe due to such behavior, we urge you to contact local law enforcement and report the situation to us.

 

Hate Speech

Fameflames is committed to fostering a respectful community. Projects promoting hate speech, including calls for violence, exclusion, or segregation, are strictly prohibited. This includes significant attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or serious medical conditions.

18+ Content

In our effort to accommodate a diverse user base with varying ages and sensitivities, we require that all posts be suitable for all audiences. Content with mature themes must be labeled as “Subscriber Only” to ensure appropriate access.

Nudity

Nude content of real or fictional subjects is not allowed on fameflames. This prohibition extends to public areas such as profile pictures, banners, reward images, and the ‘about me’ section. Additionally, posting or sharing nude images of individuals under the age of 18, including yourself, is strictly forbidden.

Pornography and Sexual Services

Pornographic material and sexual services are not permitted on fameflames. This includes any content depicting real people engaging in sexual acts such as masturbation or intercourse on camera. For more details, please refer to our Content & Creation Guidelines.

 

Offensive and Graphic Content

We review all content reported as offensive or graphic with strict adherence to our zero-tolerance policy. This includes the glorification of sexual violence, such as bestiality, rape, and child exploitation (including sexualized depictions of minors), whether in illustrated, animated, or any other format. Fameflames reserves the right to review and remove accounts that violate these guidelines.

Additionally, we do not permit content involving fringe sexual fetishes, such as incest, necrophilia, or other fetish-based creations.

Restrictions on Users

Given the financial power fameflames provides, we restrict the types of media and projects that can be supported, as well as who may receive funds. Influencers involved in making credible violent threats, committing violent crimes, engaging in malicious doxing, orchestrating nonviolent harm (such as fraud, money laundering, or gambling), or encouraging such activities may be banned from the platform.

Political Figures

Fameflames cannot be used to finance political campaigns or support any run for office.\
 

Dangerous Activities

Influencers posting potentially hazardous stunts must provide clear warnings. If content is too graphic or harmful for general audiences, it must be labeled as "Subscriber Only."

 

Self-Harm

Pages that promote or glorify self-harm, self-injury, suicide, physical challenges, or eating disorders are not allowed. If you or someone you know is at risk of self-harm, please seek help from local authorities or professionals.
 

Harmful and Illegal Activities

We do not permit the collection of funds for activities that are damaging or unlawful. Content that advocates for, threatens, or depicts harm to yourself, others, or animals, or promotes property damage is prohibited. Similarly, we do not allow promotion of illegal activities such as property crime, illicit weapon distribution, or drug manufacturing.

 

Illegal Activities

We do not accept pages soliciting funds for illegal purposes or encouraging others to engage in such activities. This includes advocating for illegal weaponry, drug production or distribution, or property crime. Content that coordinates or incites vandalism is not permitted, though street art is accepted.

 

Criminal or Harmful Past

Influencers who are caught or convicted of making credible violent threats, committing violent crimes, child abuse, malicious doxing, coordinating nonviolent harm (such as fraud, money laundering, or gambling), or encouraging such activities may be banned from fameflames.

Dangerous Organizations

Individuals or groups with a criminal history, affiliations with violent or dangerous organizations (including terrorist or cyber-terrorist groups, organized crime, or violent hate groups), or any praise or active support for these entities, cannot receive funds through fameflames.

 

Spam

Growing your subscriber base can be challenging, but spamming is never the solution. To maintain a positive community experience, avoid repetitive comments and unsolicited private messages. Here are some actions considered spam and prohibited on fameflames:

1. Do not create pledge-for-pledge schemes or trade deals with other influencers.
2. Do not use fameflames to distribute malware or phishing schemes.
3. Do not make misleading posts to attract subscribers.
4. Do not post promotional comments on other influencers’ pages.
5. Do not send multiple unsolicited private messages asking for support.
6. Do not use incorrect tagging to manipulate search results.
7. Do not post multiple paid posts per day if you are a per-post influencer.

When we review spam reports, we differentiate between commercial spam and friendly abuse (such as legitimate influencers spamming other influencers’ pages). Friendly abuse will result in the account being flagged, with repeat offenses potentially leading to removal. Commercial spamming by non-legitimate influencers will result in immediate removal from fameflames.

Subscriber or Fan Accounts

These standards also apply to subscribers. While influencers are primarily responsible for managing their communities, we will review complaints about subscriber behavior as needed.

We will keep any evaluation of a subscriber’s activity confidential upon request. Allegations of hate speech, harassment, or solicitation are carefully examined, and we will take action if a subscriber is found to have violated our rules.

Please note that we cannot disclose details about actions taken against subscriber accounts. If you feel threatened by a subscriber, seek help from local law enforcement and contact the cybercrime division. During investigations, fameflames will cooperate with law enforcement.
