Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketer to focus on user acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential users, reaching out to them, and generating leads to grow our user base. You will be the frontline ambassador of Fame Flames, helping creators and influencers discover the benefits of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential users (creators, influencers, etc.) through social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential users by engaging with them through direct messages, comments, and other communication channels.
• Content Creation: Develop and execute creative campaigns and strategies to attract and convert leads into active users on Fame Flames.
• Community Building: Foster a community of creators by organising virtual events, webinars, and other engagement activities.
• Analytics: Track and report on key metrics related to user acquisition and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly in user acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to leverage them for outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator economy trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for digital media, social networking, and emerging trends.
